4 week - online – Live Mentoring Program -   Part 1 - Foundation course

This Foundation Course is the first part of a is a 12-week step by step program designed to assist you with the internal shift needing to take place now to live a full life from a place of love and freedom as opposed to fear.

We will be unpacking your fears that are stopping you from feeling love and freedom within yourself…. and come back again to a place of sacred Union within.

You will learn how to put loving boundaries in place to create a place of safety while you process those parts of you hiding in the shadows ready to be released.

Strengthening your communication and connection to your creative heart’s desires your soul and spirit/universe/Creator/God

• Week 2 – Communicating with your Soul and spirit
• Week 3 – Losing your old Identity
• Week 4 – Finding Inner Stillness

Each week we will meet live on zoom, and you will receive a live Channelled Teaching, healing, and meditation for activation of heart and soul consciousness.

I will also be sharing sacred processes that have assisted me in my own journey back to sacred union, oneness, and wholeness.

You will also receive 4 x free MP3 of mediations to assist with your healing journey

As well as a PDFs of notes from the class emailed to you the next day including journal prompts, tools and meditation and breathwork techniques for home practice during the week.

You also have access to one on one mentoring via email 2 days of the week for any assistance that may be needed with help with your processing the activations and learings each week.
